You need to leave a lot of this at the past and move on. Realise that you don't have to be twisted and bitter bout it throughout your life. You're young and dumb. Stage 3 - Embracing shift in Stage 3 and going into your own sobriety. You need to start embracing this point in your shift and carving yourself a route through sobriety. There is not anything better to do during detox than visit the stores and treat yourself. You have to get started using this new found sobriety and additional money to start to modify. Weather that might be your physical appearance, routine or the actions you do. You need to change and adapt to the new sober life stage in addition to on your body and head. Try to make yourself feel and look better through self improvement. Heal yourself and reward yourself for how far you've come along during your sobriety. Stage 4 - Gve back a bit after your alcoholism. If your going through your own sobriety, try and help somebody else. This will give you a bit of self esteem during your retrieval into sobriety. By you doing this simple action will give you a great deal of power and confidence. You'll be amazed what this may do for your attempts to stop drinking on your sobriety. This help construct and build you confidence. You begin building you up becoming to a more respectable status on your lifetime.
